      The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has declared the first online training program of its kind. Course, Action Research in Educational Technology, Central Institute of Educational Technology (CIET), State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERTERT), District Education and Training Institutes (DIETs), and State Institute of Education (SIEs) for Primary Teacher educators by NCERT.

      As per the National Council of Educational Research and Training, the curriculum has been developed to help teachers conduct “action research” to solve their educational issues.

      The course will furnish conceptual understanding of the techniques of action research. However, An official statement stated that aspirants would need to formulate a proposal on action research in their sectors of work.

      Till August 30, teachers with a research background can apply for the teacher program. For more detailed information and application forms you can visit the official website of the board ncert.nic.in.

      NCERT announced that aspirants should also be aware of the simple tasks of working with computers. Moreover, the course duration is seven weeks and consists of 2 credits.

      An official statement said participants were required to study two hours per week. There will be five modules, and one module will be examined per week with one hour per week through net meeting

      Furthermore, the aspirants ought to have a computer system with a good Internet facility to take part in everyday training.

      Moreover, members must also be skilled to access the webcam with earphones, such that chat and different highlights can be completely used, and students can learn easily through this online training program, the statement said.

      The course fee is Rs 1,000 for government organizations and Rs 3,000 for non-government organizations
      There will be no course fee for the interior staff of NCERT (NIE, IREs, CIET, CIVE).
